PROBLEM :

Pair the remote to your Samsung Smart TV

SOLUTION :

Your Samsung remote is designed to connect to your Samsung Smart TV automatically. However, you can manually pair the remote if it ever becomes disconnected or if you want to pair it to a different Samsung TV.

To pair your remote to the TV, point the remote at the remote control sensor on the TV. On most Samsung TVs, the remote control sensor is located on the lower right-hand side of the TV. If not, it will be in the bottom center.

Next, press and hold the Return button and Play/Pause button on the remote simultaneously for at least 3 seconds. Your TV will begin syncing with the remote and a message will appear, indicating that the remote is now connected to your TV.

If your remote does not have the same buttons, you can check the user manual for steps specific to your model.

Note: If you are going to use it with multiple TVs, you will have to manually pair it to your desired Smart TV each time.
