Other troubleshooting for the TV issues

SOLUTION :

If you are experiencing problems such as pixelization, tiling, or lines through the TV screen, please try the troubleshooting procedures below:

• Change the box to another channel. If the problem goes away, then it is an issue with the channel signal and not the TV.
  
  
• Test another box or DVD player on the same input that you are having the problem with. You can also try connecting your HD box (with the same connection cables) to another TV. If the problem follows the box, your issue is with the HD box and not the TV.

If your problem continues after you have tried the procedures above, your TV will require service.
