PROBLEM :

General troubleshooting for TV apps

SOLUTION :

For any app related-issues, please perform troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Reset the TV to factory defaults.

    Warning: A factory reset will erase personal information and customized settings from the TV.

  2. Set up the TV again and confirm the current date and time is correct. Accept the Terms and Conditions.

  3. If the problem persists, perform a self-diagnosis test.

If issue persists after following above steps, please perform the following:

  1. Perform a Network reset.

  2. Change the DNS to 8888 or 0000.

  3. Change/confirm country code is set to Canada.

If the issue persists after following all of the above steps, please set up service.
