General troubleshooting for TV apps

For any app related-issues, please perform troubleshooting steps below:
- Reset the TV to factory defaults.
Warning: A factory reset will erase personal information and customized settings from the TV.
- Set up the TV again and confirm the current date and time is correct. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- If the problem persists, perform a self-diagnosis test.
If issue persists after following above steps, please perform the following:
- Perform a Network reset.
- Change the DNS to 8888 or 0000.
- Change/confirm country code is set to Canada.
If the issue persists after following all of the above steps, please set up service.
