PROBLEM :

Home and Source buttons are not working on 2017 TVs

SOLUTION :

If you're setting up your TV for the first time and facing these issues:

Only one external device plugged into HDMI (No RF or other HDMI)

Smart Hub and Plug and Play not fully set up

Home and Source buttons not working

Follow these steps to resolve these issues:

Unplug the TV's power cord. Wait a few seconds, then plug it back in.

Alternatively, turn off the TV using the remote's Power button. Keep holding the button without releasing until the TV turns off and then on again, showing the Samsung logo.
