Replacement TV stand screws needed

If a customer has lost or misplaced the screws that are needed to install the stand, we recommend that they purchase new screws from www.samsungcanadaparts.com.

For example:

• A customer has mounted their TV to the wall and when they remove it from the wall mount to return it to the stand, they find that they have misplaced some or all of the screw stands.
  
  
• A customer has dropped and lost some or all of the screws.

Important: If the unit did not come packaged with screws, follow the NCP policy guidelines.

We do not recommend or advise customers on which screws to purchase from a hardware store. We do not do this because a customer could purchase inferior screws that could cause damage to the unit, property, or persons. We can only recommend that the customer purchase screws from www.samsungcanadaparts.com.
