Problem:

TV is not parallel with the stand

Solution:

The most common reason for this issue is due to the stand's ability to swivel up to 20 degrees in either direction. During assembly, the swivel mechanism might be stiff. Align the stand by having someone hold the base while another person grasps the TV and gently swivels it into position.
