Ultra slim wall mount does not sit correctly

There have been a few reports of defective wall mounting studs on the LED series TVs. Sometimes, when an LED TV unit is mounted on a Samsung Ultra Slim wall mount, the studs bend in.

The bent wall stud causes the Ultra Slim Wall Mount to sit incorrectly. If a customer is experiencing this problem, set up the customer for service.
