Problem:

Touch panel or side key on TV will not open

Solution:

Ensure the TV is powered on and the touch screen remote is set to control the TV.

Press the MENU button on the remote.

Select 'Setup' and press ENTER.

Navigate to the 'General' section and press ENTER.

Choose the 'Slide Key' option and press ENTER.

Enable the slide key by selecting 'On' and pressing ENTER.

Exit the menu by pressing EXIT.
