Locked message appears on TV when using remote

Solution:

Take a picture of the issue for reference.

With the TV on, unplug it from the wall outlet.

Wait for 30 seconds.

Plug the TV back into the wall outlet.

Test the remote control.

If the issue persists, proceed to step 7.

Unplug the set-top box (STB) from the wall outlet for 30 seconds.

After waiting, plug the STB back into the wall outlet.

Test the remote again.

If the issue still isn't fixed, ask the customer to contact their STB provider.
