PROBLEM :
Apps are not working on TV
SOLUTION :
The following issues may occur when using apps
on your Samsung TV:
App does not open
App is not working
App displays an error message
Apps are missing
Smart Hub is not working
To resolve these issues, follow these steps:
Check the Smart Hub connection.
Uninstall and reinstall the affected apps.
Reset the Smart Hub, then reinstall apps.
Perform an App Reset.
Temporarily change the country code to another
region, then switch back to Canada.
Perform a Factory Reset on the TV.
Note:
If an error message instructs you to wait for 4 - 8 hours, the Samsung server
might be undergoing maintenance.
