 PROBLEM : Voice control is not working on Samsung smart TV

SOLUTION :

If a customer says that voice control is not working or they receive an error message when trying to use the function, please have them perform the following:

  1. Make sure the TV is connected to a network.

  2. Reset the remote and try to pair it again.

  3. Ask the customer to wait for around 12 to 24 hours before using voice control again. The Samsung server may be down for maintenance.

  4. If the issue is not resolved, advise the customer to perform a factory reset on their TV. They should try to pair the remote again after the reset.

 

How to Turn on ansd off the Microphone

  • Please check the setting status of your microphone, located on the bottom of your TV. If the microphone is turned off, the Voice Recognition function on your TV will not work.
