PROBLEM : Wi-Fi connection is lost after TV has been off
SOLUTION :

Wi-Fi connection settings on 2019 Smart TVs may be lost after the TV has been powered off (standby) for a long period of time. For example, if the TV was off overnight, the network connection may be gone when turning the TV on again.
To fix this issue, cold boot the TV and set the network again. This fix will be applied in the EMP update. There is no need to update the firmware. This does not require service.
