What should I do if I am unable to download
apps on my TV?

Here's what you need to do:
Check if the software is updated. Go to Settings
> Support > About this TV > Software Update. Updates can be downloaded
online or through over-the-air updates.
Run the Smart Hub connection test. Go to Home
> Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test.
Perform a Smart Hub reset. Go to Home >
Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.
Check if the TV's memory is full.
Reset the TV. Go to Settings > Support >
Self Diagnosis > Reset.
Do an app reset followed by a factory reset.
This will reinstall the default app. Note that a factory reset erases all personal
info and customized settings.
Alternate solution for step 6: Change the Smart
Hub country code to USA, set up the TV, then change the country code back to
Canada and set it up again. This will reinstall the default app.
