Improve your Neo 2021 TV picture quality with an update

SOLUTION :

A software update will improve the picture quality on your TV. Please follow the steps below to perform a software update. You can update your TV over the internet or with a USB drive.

 Update over the internet

1. Press the Home or Menu button on your remote.
   
   
2. Navigate to Settings, and then press OK.
   
   
3. Navigate to Support, and then press OK
   
   
4. Select Software Update, and then press OK.
   
   
5. Select Update Now and then press OK. The TV will check for the latest update and then download and install it automatically. Do not turn off the TV while the software update is in progress.
   
   
6. Your TV will automatically reset when the software update is completed.

Update with a USB drive

You can save an update file from Samsung onto a USB drive.

1. After the file has been downloaded onto the USB, insert the USB drive into the USB slot on the back of your TV. Or, insert it on the side of the One Connect box.
   
   
2. The software update will begin automatically. Do not turn off the TV while the software update is in progress.
   
   
3. Your TV will automatically reset when the software update is complete.

Note: If the software update does not begin automatically, leave the USB drive plugged in. Follow the instructions above for updating over the internet. If you are prompted to update via USB, select Yes.
