PROBLEM :

Unable to enable HDR or HDR+ on TV

SOLUTION :

If you are experiencing difficulty enabling the HDR or HDR+ feature on your TV, it might be because your TV does not support HDR.

Verify that your TV is capable of supporting HDR.

HDR functionality will only be accessible when using an HDR-enabled source device (content).

HDR+ can be utilized depending on the content (primarily used for SDR content).

If Game mode is active, HDR+ will not be an available option. To use HDR+, ensure Game mode is deactivated.

Note: For gaming purposes, it is advised to keep HDR disabled and Game mode ENABLED. Both options (Game mode and HDR/HDR+) cannot be used simultaneously.
