Problem:

Netflix App Terminated on 2010 and 2011 TVs

Solution:

The Netflix app is no longer available on some older Smart TVs (2010 & 2011), HTS, and Blu-ray players sold in Canada since December 1, 2019. Customers using these TVs received a notice about this change when opening the Netflix app. To continue watching Netflix, use another device (see list on Netflix's website) that supports the app and connect it to your TV.
