PROBLEM : Shadow detail

SOLUTION:

Shadow detail option helps improve dark picture quality by adjusting the TV's brightness level for low-light scenes. This setting can either enhance or degrade the image depending on the input signal. To adjust this feature:

Turn on the TV and press ENTER to open the Main Menu.

Select Picture by pressing ENTER.

Choose Advanced Settings using the Up/Down arrows and press ENTER.

Find Shadow Detail and press ENTER.

Use Left/Right arrows to adjust the Shadow detail setting according to your preference:

Negative (-) values dim the TV during darker images.

0 disables the auto-dimming function.

Positive (+) values brighten darker images.
