PROBLEM :

Changing the DNS server on the TV

SOLUTION :

Follow these steps to change the DNS server on your TV:

Press the Home button on your remote.

Select Settings, then choose General.

Click on Network, then select Network Status.

Run the Network Status test. Afterwards, click on IP Settings.

Choose DNS Setting.

Select Enter Manually.

Input the desired DNS server (e.g., 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 for the popular public DNS servers provided by

TERMS:

DNS - Domain Name System (A system that translates website names into their corresponding IP addresses)

IP Address - Internet Protocol Address (A unique numerical address assigned to devices connected to the internet)
