PROBLEM :

Wi-Fi connection issues on the TV

SOLUTION :

For 2018 models UNNU7100/UNNU710D, UNNU7200, and UNNU7300/UN**NU730D, only 2.4 GHz networks are supported. To resolve Wi-Fi connectivity issues:

Use alphanumeric passwords (letters and numbers) instead of special characters.

Disconnect from the network, then reconnect.

If necessary, select Change Network and choose the original Wi-Fi network.
