SOLUTION 1

Important: 2018 models UN**NU7100/UN**NU710D, UN**NU7200, and UN**NU7300/UN**NU730D will support 2.4 Ghz networks only.

If you are having trouble connecting your TV to Wi-Fi, please use the following tips:

  • Avoid using a password that contains special characters and use alpha-numeric characters only (letters and numbers).

  • Try disconnecting from the network, and then connecting to the network again.

  • If needed, you can select Change Network, and then select the original Wi-Fi network you were trying to connect to.
