PROBLEM :

Use Voice control on the TV

SOLUTION :

There are two ways to give your TV voice commands:

• Through the built-in microphone on the TV.
  
  
• Through the built-in microphone on the smart remote.

To give a voice command to the TV, please perform the following:

1. Confirm that voice commands are enabled and your viewing environment supports voice control.
   
   
2. Say the trigger word or command. (The default trigger command is Hi TV but can be changed to Smart TV if desired.)
   
   
3. A command list will appear on the TV.
   
   Important : If the command list does not appear, then the TV may not have heard you. Try using the built-in microphone on the remote instead.
   
   
4. When using the remote, you must press and hold the Voice button while speaking.When using the remote, you must press and hold the Voice button while speaking.
   
   Note: If you release the Voice button before the TV has processed the command, the command may not be completed.
   
   
5. Say the command you would like the TV to perform.

The following are some tips for using voice commands:

• Speak in a moderately loud voice but do not shout.
  
  
• Speak slowly and clearly.
  
  
• Adjust the settings in Voice Sensitivity to increase the voice control usage if necessary.
  
  
• Using the built-in microphone on the remote may help if the surrounding area is loud or if the TV is too far away.
