PROBLEM :

Home button on remote does not work

SOLUTION :

If the Home button on the remote freezes, takes a long time to respond, or does not work at all, please use the following steps to troubleshoot the remote:

1. Unplug the TV from the power source.
   
   
2. Reset the remote by pressing and holding the Ambient and Return buttons for around 10 seconds. If these steps do not work, please refer to our Reset and pair the TV remote article.
   
   
3. Plug in the TV and then pair the remote by pressing and holding the Return and Play/Pause buttons at the same time.
   
   
4. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset on the TV. Navigate to Settings, select Support, and then select Self Diagnosis. Select Reset. Once the reset is complete, try pairing the remote again.
   
   Note: You may need a password to reset the TV. The default password is 0000.
