How do I select surround sound preferences on my Samsung TV?

If you have a DTS or Dolby Digital surround sound home theater, you can select your desired audio quality on the account page in the Store app through the following steps:

1. Open the Cineplex Store app on your Samsung TV

2. Access ACCOUNT on the top navigation

3. Under Sound Preference select either DTS or Dolby

4. Go to MY LIBRARY and play the movie

After these steps you should be able to experience surround sound for any movie that has DTS or Dolby available, identified by the DTS and Dolby logos under the movie's title.

If you've followed the steps above and the movie you are watching has DTS or Dolby but the audio quality does not reflect the sound preference selected, you'll need to change the sound settings on your Samsung TV.
