Solution:

Installation guidelines: The One Connect Box (OCB) should be installed following the same guidelines as the TV since it's meant to accompany the TV.

Cleaning guidelines:

Unplug the TV and let it cool down for at least 10 minutes before cleaning.

Use a soft, clean, lint-free, dry cloth to wipe the TV gently. If needed, apply a screen cleaning solution (such as ScreenClean) to the cloth, but avoid spraying it directly onto the TV screen.

Wipe the screen gently, avoiding excessive pressure, and let it dry completely before plugging the TV back in.

Storage guidelines: Store the TV in an environment with a temperature range of -4�F to 113�F (-20�C to 45�C) and humidity between 5% to 95%.

Operating guidelines:

Safe operating temperature range for the TV is 50�F to 104�F (10�C to 40�C) with optimal humidity levels between 10% to 80% (non-condensing).

Ensure proper ventilation by keeping the TV away from radiators, direct sunlight, and sources of water. Do not place objects containing water on the TV.

In case the TV gets wet accidentally, unplug it and seek assistance from an authorized dealer immediately.
