Problem :

Channels available with an antenna or cable without a box

Solution :

There are three types of signals your TV can receive using an antenna or cable without a box:

Digital High Definition (HD): A high-quality picture signal. For this, both the channel and program must be HD.

Digital Standard Definition (SD): A medium-quality picture signal. This occurs when the channel is HD but the program isn't.

Analog Standard Definition (SD): A low-quality picture signal. This happens when neither the channel nor the program is HD.

To improve picture quality, check if your TV is set to an HD channel and the program is truly HD. If issues persist, run a Self Diagnosis test on the TV.
