PROBLEM :
Auto power on/off issue (EH5300 / ES6100 ~ ES8000)

There have been some cases of 2012 products powering off and on unexpectedly. Some of these problems have been discovered to be caused by the customers DLNA connected devices such as Sonos network sound systems, TVMOBiLi, and others.
Affected Models: EH5300 / ES6100 ~ ES8000
If the customer is experiencing an auto power off issue, please perform these steps:
- Disconnect the TV from the network. Remove the Ethernet cable, connect the TV to a different wireless network, or manually enter in all 0 in the manual network setup.
- Wait for the next firmware version to resolve this issue. Firmware that is currently available:
- Echo-P Boards 1017.8 or higher (LED ES75*0/ES8000)
- X10P Boards 1012.1 or higher (LED EH5300, ES6100~ES7100)
- If the customer has the correction firmware or higher and is still experiencing the issue, the TV will require service.
- If the customer disconnects the TV from the network and still experiences the auto power off/on issue, continue with normal troubleshooting.
