Perform a Self Diagnosis on my TV

SOLUTION :

To perform a Self Diagnosis test on your TV when it is experiencing issues, please follow these steps:

1. Turn the TV on.
   
   
2. Press MENU on the remote, or on the TV itself.
   
   
3. Use the Up or Down arrow button on the remote to select the Support section of the menu, and then press ENTER.
   
   Note: In the menu, the section names are displayed on the left side.
   
   
4. Use the Up or Down arrow to select the Self Diagnosis option, and then press ENTER. The Self Diagnosis menu appears.
   
   
5. When the Self Diagnosis menu appears, you can select your desired option, such as Picture Test or Sound Test.
   
   
6. A test will appear on the screen with an option to select Yes or No.
   
   
7. If the problem still occurs, use the Left or Right arrow to select Yes, press ENTER, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
   
   
8. If the problem does not occur, press ENTER to select No, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
