PROBLEM :
TV does not turn on or stay on (2017 - 2018 models)
SOLUTION:

If the customer TV is not powering on or not staying on, they can cold boot the TV and then check the standby LED flashing code. Only 2017 and 2018 are affected by this issue.

To cold boot the TV, unplug the power cord and then plug it back in. When the TV is turned on again, press and hold the Power button on the remote for 4 seconds. The TV will then turn off and on by itself. The LED will turn off, blink 5 times, and then stay on.
