Problem:

Netflix is not working on TV

Solution:

Check for software updates

Perform a Smart Hub reset

Change DNS values to 8.8.8.8 (DNS stands for Domain Name System)

Do a factory reset

Verify all other apps are functioning properly

Reset TV through Remote Manager (RM)

Additional Information:

 

Locate TV model, serial number, and firmware info: Go to Settings > Support > About This TV.

Find Netflix ESN and Unique ID: Navigate to Settings > Support > About This TV.

Identify Netflix app version number: Access Apps > Netflix > Press Enter.

View Netflix app information: Launch Netflix app > Get Help
