Symptom

Pixel defect (Bright/Dark/Low Dot )

Foreign Object (5MM)

Background

Bright Dot : Dot appears on display which is visible at black

Dark Dot : Dot appears darkness in pure red, green, blue, and white

Low Dot: Bright Dot or Dark Dot size < � dot. Half Pixel

Foreign Material : Symptom will seen very small bright spot in each color or Black pattern

Pixel Defect Warranty

• Defective Pixel under Manufacture's Standard , CC Agent need to explain to the client the that pixel issue complain is up to standard range.
• Defective Pixels above the Manufacturer's Standard , check Product PIC for panel replacement approval (SAW one time authorization).
• Defective Pixel issue only covers Panel replacement no Exchanges, Repair time will depends on the Part's Availability

Note: All Pixel issue request can be reviewed by Product PIC(SECA) and have the authority to approved or reject the request.

Bright Dot

• 1 or More , Random or adjacent are covered under warranty for panel replacement

Dark Dot

• 5 or More Pixel are covered under warranty for panel replacement

Low Dot

• 5 or More Half Pixel in Gray Background are covered under warranty for panel replacement

Dark Dot

• 3 or More Pixel in Green background are covered under warranty for panel replacement
• 5 or More Pixel in Red/Blue background are covered under warranty for panel replacement
• Two adjacent (H,V) Pixel are covered under warranty if met with 2mm range

Foreign Object

• 0.5mm or more are covered under warranty
