What is the Gaming Hub?
- Samsung�s Gaming Hub is a new game streaming
discovery platform bridging hardware and software for a better player experience
on all 2022 Samsung Smart TVs, enabling gamers to instantly access
the games they love from industry-leading content partners.
- In addition to offering access to their
favorite games, gamers can also look forward to better gameplay with minimised
judder and blur thanks to the advanced motion enhancements and latency reducing
technology across Samsung�s 2022 Smart TV and monitor line-up.

Q1. How do I get into
the Gaming Hub? How do I add a gaming hub?
A1. The Gaming Hub will be supported only in
9 countries. Update the TV SW version to 1302.4 or later (End of June). Go
to Smart Hub and Click on the Game icon on the left sidebar.
Q2. Why is the Gaming
Hub supported only in the 9 countries (France / Germany / Italy / Spain / UK/
Canada / USA / Brazil)?
A2. In countries where the Gaming Hub is not
introduced, you can download the Game app and place the icon in the Media tab
(Home).
Q3. What games are supported
in each game app?
A3. The supported games are determined by the
game company and can be checked by contacting the game company.
Q4. Is the Gaming Hub
free?
A4. If you use Partner Services to run each
game, music, or video, you may need to sign up and pay for that Partner Service.
Q5. What kind of partners
and games are available?
A5. Supported games vary by country depending
on the Game app provider. For more info, contact the app provider and check
the catalogue provided by each app.
Q6. What features of
the Gaming Hub does my TV support?
A6. Refer to the table below:

network speed?
A7. It may vary by app provider/game.

Q8. Are there any compatible
accessories?
A8. Support all the standard USB 2.0 and Bluetooth
controllers. However, we recommend to use the controller in below table. Other
controllers may or may not work for cloud gaming
Force feedback : �Not support� (TV can�t support
force feedback) "-" (Controllers don�t have force feedback function)
Q9. How do I connect
to the game controller?
A9. For Bluetooth controllers,
- Click the controller icon on the Gaming
Hub page
- Within the cloud game app, open the
Quick Panel and click the Controller button in the Settings tab
- Check the pairing activation button on
the controller and press it to connect to the TV (it could be different
depending on the controller)
- Up to four BT controllers can be connected
simultaneously.
- Up to two BT controllers can be connected
while one BT sound device is in use.
- For USB controllers, connect to the TV�s
USB port
- For Wi-Fi controllers, follow the guide
in the game app that supports that controller
- For countries where the Gaming Hub is
not available, connect from the TV Menu Settings -> Input device manager

A10. TV can be controlled with the Game
controller

The Wi-Fi
controller cannot
control the Samsung
TV UI outside the cloud game app, so please use
the remote control and the Bluetooth/USB controller
in
the Gaming Hub
Q11. How can I adjust
the settings? / What is Game Picture Mode? How
to use the multi functions?
A11. While playing games in the cloud, users
can bring up the quick panel UI by pressing and holding the logo button on the
controller. Users can see recently played games, music panel, recommended video
panel and the settings panel. Users can set the specific game settings here
(including the controller and the sound output linking)
- A feature that provides more enhanced
sound experience to match the genre of the game.
- User can set it on/off in the Settings
tab in the quick panel.
- Game Picture Mode
- It is a function that sets the image
quality of the game to suit each genre. If you select the genre of the
game you are playing in the Settings tab of the Quick panel, the quality
of the picture changes according to the genre.
- Game Performance
- This function may vary depending on
the model line-up and can be set in the Settings tab in the Quick panel.
- If you prefer a fast response rate,
select the Low Latency priority mode.
- If you prefer a high picture quality,
select the AI Upscaling

quality and FPS provided?
A12. It may vary depending on the game and
the app provider, but usually it is Full HD 60Hz
Only Stadia Pro can do up to 4K 60Hz
