Background/Cause

1. Background      

• Some customers use Solar Cell charging as the main method for charging.          
• After discharging the battery, try charging with a solar cell, and if symptoms such as symptom 2 appears

2. Cause           

• Solar Cell Remote is not a concept of charging the battery by using a solar cell.              
• It is to use the battery longer by compensating for a certain amount of power consumption of the daily remote control.

Solution

1. Charge Solar Cell Remote using USB C type cable for at least 5 minutes.     

2. Do re-pairing          

(Press "A" and "B" for 3 seconds at the same time and check that pairing proceeds on the TV screen.
