Question:

Different from the series shown in the box and the TV series

ex: Model code in label : QE65"S94C"AT / Box printing : S90C

Background/Cause:

  • This is not a mistake.
  • The series name of the box appears only as a representative series name of the model. If some models are unique to a specific region or a distribution method (e.g. Online only), the series and the box series of each label may be different.

 

Solution:

  • Explain to the customer why it is different.
  • If the customer is curious about the spec, guide the user to check the spec on Samsung.com based on the model code specified on the label (Not the Box series)
