Symptom:

Water leaking from the dishwasher due to torn/broken gasket seal.

Solution:

ASCs cannot service this issue, so SECA will need to review these cases.

If customer calls in with the above issue, please collect all pictures possible, collect BOS and full customer information.

Please escalate these cases to your Supervisor, who will then escalate to SECA for review.
