Answer:

Symptoms:

• a) Remote doesn't pair
• b) Remote loses connection / not connected to TV
• c) Buttons don't work
• d) Remote doesn't charge
• e) Pairing does not reconnect automatically

Background:

HW (pairing) & SW (voice button not work) issues

Solutions:

Related Symptoms: a), b), c)

1. Do Remote Reset key (Refer to Appendix 1)
• Bluetooth connection (information) will be kept
2. Do Remote Factory Reset key (Refer to Appendix1 at next page)
• Bluetooth connection (information) will be deleted
3. TV Set Factory Reset
• Reset Bluetooth connection and setting (Through Remote Management)

Charge Remote using USB C type cable for at least 5 minutes and then do remote re-pairing (Appendix2)

Update the latest firmware which includes below firmware through OTN
