Symptom

 

  When searching for a NFL+ app in Samsung Apps, the NFL app cannot be searched.

 

 

Cause

 

  From August 2, 2023, the app provider was changed and the NFL app service was suspended. (NFL > DAZN)

Solution

 

  Check the "Model Code" in menu (Support > About This TV).

  Guide the customers to install with DAZN app.
