Symptom:

Extra Zoom observed on specific content playback

Example: On Mr.Bean content, there is a very large black bar on the left side and the rest of the video is only partially enlarged

Background/Cause:

App side issue (Amazon prime video app)

Solution:

Amazon Prime Video app will release the improved software update in Q1 2024
