Symptoms

  - After running Game mode, customer cannot select 4K 120Hz resolution on PC.

* This symptom can occur, especially when a PC equipped with an Nvidia Graphic Card is connected.

Cause

This is because the scaling up option of the Nvidia Graphic Card is intermittently selected as the GPU. (Not a TV problem)

Solution

Please guide the customer to change the resolution again after changing the scaling option of the Graphics Card to Display rather than GPU.

•  Path : Nvidia setting � Adjust desktop size and position � Apply the following

                 settings � Perform scaling on : GPU > Display

•  DO not create SO!
