Damage caused by liquid fumigation
No title

Symptom

Spot defect occurred at the bottom of the screen, and the product surface was damaged.

Cause

The use of liquid fumigators containing chemicals at the bottom of the screen caused oil vapor and heat to enter the product damaging the interior and exterior.

Solution:

Guide the customer not to use liquid fumigators containing chemicals (e.g., mosquito repellent or air fresheners) near the product. If steam contacts the product's surface or gets inside it, stains or malfunctions may occur.

[Note]: For displays, moisture damage can lead to pixel distortion, discoloration, reduced brightness, or total failure. Install the product away from areas with high oil vapor concentration, chemical usage, and humidity. Avoid using detergents, fragrances, mosquito repellents, lubricants, automotive and industrial polishes, abrasives, thinners, benzene, alcohol, etc., as they may damage the product or panel.
