TV has sound but no picture.
Answer
Please follow the below troubleshooting steps:
- Please try pressing the menu button on
the remote control, do the menu options appear on the TV screen? This will
help determine if the issue lies within the picture settings. If the menu
display is still visible, perform a quick self-diagnostic test by navigating
to Menu > Setup > Support > Self-Diagnosis > Picture Test.
- Next, press the source button on the remote
control. Check whether the source display (AV/HDMI) is still visible.
- If the source display is still visible,
we recommend trying other devices like DVDs, gaming consoles, or USB drives
connected to the same TV for comparison purposes.
- Check the cable connection between an
external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.
- Lastly, unplug the power cable from the
wall outlet for 1 minute, then plug it back in and turn on the TV. This
will reset the television and potentially resolve any temporary issues.
