Will the existing data disappear when the Family Hub S/W is updated?

Answer

Although most of the existing user data is maintained, the following contents will be initialized.

• Family Hub Board/Home Screen Arrangement: Due to the new function of Family Hub 7.0 home board, the existing family board and home screen arrangement will be changed to the new Family Hub 7.0 home screen.
• The existing family board screen is saved in the backup album of the gallery app, so it can be checked in the gallery app album. The above information will be notified through a pop-up before updating the user OTN, and then the update will proceed with the user's consent.
