Question How can I check if the latest software update has been applied?
Answer In Settings > Family Hub Information > Software Information, If the software version date is after June 2023, the latest SW update has been applied. If it's an earlier date, the latest SW update hasn't been applied yet. If the Wi-Fi network connected to your Family Hub is working properly, you'll see the OTN update pop-up within a week after the official OTN update is implemented. (Or, within 30 minutes of rebooting the Family Hub LCD, an update pop-up appears)
