After the OTN update, if you encounter any
of the following issues, please take the following steps to resolve them. If
the problem persists, please contact a service technician for assistance.
Issue situation
- After OTN, the LCD does not boot.
- The switch is very slow or stutters after
OTN.
- App won't launch.

How to fix it
- Settings > Family Hub Information
> Restart
- If issues persist even after restarting,
reset the entire device by going to Settings > Family Hub Information
(If you are not connected to a Samsung account, please note that existing
data will be initialized and cannot be recovered).
