I want to share photos with my family hub through Quick Share on my smartphone, but Family Hub does not appear as a sharing destination device.

 

Answer

  • Check if Quick Share is updated to the latest version on the Galaxy smartphone.

        - Galaxy Store > Menu > Updates > Update all

  • Check whether Quick Share is updated to the latest version on Family Hub.

        - All apps > Update all

  • Check the sharing target settings in the Quick Share settings on your Galaxy smartphone.

        - Settings > Connect devices > Quick Share > Allow sharing with > Everyone

  • Check the sharing target settings in the Quick Share settings on Family Hub.

        - Settings > Connection > Quick Share > Allow sharing with > Everyone
