Symptom

Screen flashing issue on web browser

 

Solution

Kindly perform the below steps to assist Customer resolve the issue:

  • Factory reset
  • Software update (Software version: 1622)
  • Power cycle
  • Apps reset
  • Disconnect all the devices from the TV
  • Activate the Device Care feature and conduct a TV scan to clear the cache memory and perform a component test.

 

Note: The above steps are also effective in cases where the response from the remote control is slow. There is no need to send the remote control NCP part.

 

Alternative option: In cases where the issue is specific to a single APP, you can resolve it by following the below steps:

  • Navigate to Device Care > access Manage Storage > locate the app in question > click on View Details > and then clear the cache.

 

  • In case you encounter any problems with the TV browser, simply access the browser and look for the settings option located at the top right corner. Click on the three-line icon to open the settings menu, then choose the General tab and proceed to reset the browser.

  • Click on General : then reset
