Entire Refrigerator Not Cooling (the entire fridge not cold completely, no cool in any compartment, not working, warm)

Answer

Kindly follow the below steps to assist customers if the entire refrigerator is not cooling:

1) Is the entire refrigerator not cooling, or just the freezer / fridge or flex zone not cooling?

If only one compartment not cooling, then refer to the links below:

2) Any Error Code on the display or the unit is completely dead?

  • "O-FF" ("OF or OFF"), your fridge is in Cooling Off Mode, also known as Demo Mode or Shop Mode (refer to the user manual).
  • 71C Error means Abnormal High Temperature in Freezer.
  • 72C Error means Abnormal High Temperature in Fridge.
  • 73C: Abnormal High Temperature of Flex Zone

3) If no error codes and the entire refrigerator is not cooling or completely dead?

Kindly book a service call and meanwhile ask the customer to unplug the fridge for 1 hour and plug it back to see if it starts working again.
