Symptom

YouTube search key typing not working or delay or skipping letters.

Solution

Steps to Resolve:

1. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Run Diagnosis, then open Memory Storage > go to the app having problem in this case "You tube".
2. Click on You tube in Memory Storage � it shows VEIW DETAIL � open and you will see 'CLEAR DATA / CLEAR CACHE', Clean these two and the issue should be resolved.

If the issue persists:

• Connect via RM
• Go to Apps Service
• Reset APP
• Reset Smart Hub

Next, when you access the App on the home page � you will see the message pop up � "Setup App"

Click on it and the Agreement page will show up > Agree All > it will allow you to install the You Tube app afresh � install the App and test the TV � it should be working as normal.
