Symptom

While installing apps and watching OTT contents, a pop-up notification about "Insufficient space" appears.

• Pre-installed default apps cannot be uninstalled (Product spec)

Cause

• Pre-installed default apps cannot be uninstalled, so the TV's internal memory may be insufficient.

Solution

The TV app deletion function has been added for usability and memory space.

• Before: Pre-installed default apps cannot be uninstalled. Only delete the downloaded app.
• After: All apps can be uninstalled except for e-Manual App.
