Question

Ice maker not making enough ice / Ice maker not working at all / Ice maker not making ice

Answer

If the ice maker is not making ice, or not making enough ice check the following:

1)  Is the ice maker function on? - Confirm that ice maker is on

2)  Is the water line connected to the water faucet? - Connect the water line to the faucet, the water line is on the back of the unit.

3)  Is the water link crinkled? This will block or decrease the water pressure to the unit. Adjust the water line without any crinkles or bent points.

4)  Is the water valve on or off? - Ensure the water supply is turned on.

5)  Is the water filter installed properly? - The water filter must be installed properly (Arrow marks must face each other) If incorrect, the water will leak below the water filter.

6)  Is the tap offering a proper water pressure? - It is recommended to have between 30~125 psi for the unit. Disconnect the valve, and check that water pressure is within recommended range.
