Ice/Water is not dispensing / Water is not coming out / No water supply

If the water is not dispensing, please check the following:
 

1)  Is child lock or dispenser lock on? - With child/dispenser lock on, water and ice will not be dispensed.

2)  Is the water valve on or off? - Ensure the water valve is on.

3)  Is the water filter installed properly? - The water filter must be installed properly (Arrow marks must face each other) If incorrect, the water will leak below the water filter.

4)  Is the tap offering a proper water pressure? - It is recommended to have between 30~125 psi for the unit. Disconnect the valve, and check that water pressure is within recommended range.
